Appeals for Attendance Requirements
Department of Private and Comparative Law
Dear Students,
Please check your attendance percentage on the LMS for the following courses offered by
the Department of Private and Comparative Law:
- Family Law I,
- Fundamentals of Roman Law,
- Equity and Law of Trusts, and
- Contract Law.
Students who have not met the 70% attendance requirement for any of these subjects may submit an appeal to the Department.
Please ensure that your appeal is placed in the file kept at the Department of Private and Comparative Law on or before 12.00 p.m. on the 21st of November 2025.
Kindly note that appeals submitted after 12.00 p.m. on the 21st of November 2025 will not be accepted.
